Having renovated two of his own homes, Matthew enjoys the challenge of a renovation and takes pride in turning outdated and non-functioning spaces into modern and family-friendly homes. We walk you through each stage of the renovation, from council consent or engineering requirements, to ensuring experienced sub-contractors (electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc.) are on the job. As is the case with many renovations, especially in older homes, there can be all kinds of challenges lurking in floors, ceilings, and walls. Before starting any renovation project, Matthew will do his best to foresee possible challenges, outline suitable solutions and discuss the best options as things arise to ensure the project runs smoothly and you’re happy in your home.
